1. Where is the nearest airport?

Missoula International Airport is less than 4 miles away.

 

2. Is a car shuttle service available?

Yes, contact the information desk at the airport.

 

3. What is the closest vineyard/winery/brewery in the area?

Big Sky Brewery in only four miles away on Expressway Blvd.  There are two vineyards less than an hour from Missoula.

 

4. What are the closest hiking/biking trails to the Lodge?

There is a private hiking trail located directly behind the Lodge, and miles of hiking and biking on non-motorized Forest Service roads less than a mile from the Lodge.

 

5. Do you have cell phone service at the Lodge?

No, but we do have a LAN line for your convenience.

 

6. Is there wireless internet service at the Lodge?

We are currently trying to secure wireless internet for the '08 season.

 

7. What is the schedule for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Breakfast is typically served at a convienent hour for the season's activities. During the heat of summer that can mean 6:00 a.m., while in the spring and fall it can be as late as 8:00 a.m. We are quite flexible and try to accommodate everyone's schedule.  Guests usually take care of their own lunches and dinners in Missoula.

 

8. Are there day trips for fishing?

Yes. Trips can be arranged to fish with Tony or any number of excellent guides at the Grizzly Hackle Fly Shop. We can also help you schedule other activities such as golf, whitewater rafting, or horseback riding.
